On Saturday 3rd February all five trophies will be at Houldsworth WMC from 2pm to 4pm.
The Club will be open from 12noon but the downstairs room (where we hold our usual meetings) will not be open until the trophies have been set up.
The afternoon is open to all Members, family and friends but Members will have priority over non-members for photos.
Admission and photos with the trophies is free but we would welcome a donation to our chosen Charity for this season which is the Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital.
All Members will be issued with a raffle ticket and you will be called for a photo opportunity in numerical order i.e. 1 to 10, 11 to 20 etc. so if you want a family photo make sure you arrive together.
All non-members will be issued with a different coloured raffle ticket and they will be called for a photo opportunity in numerical order i.e. 1 to 10, 11 to 20 etc. after Members have had their photos.
